Some people in Pakistan might know
of Jesus, but very few of them know
that He loves them so much that
He died on the cross for them. You
can pray that more people would
hear of Jesus and want a Bible for
themselves. You can also pray that
one day, the Vaghri people will know
that Jesus loves them an awful lot.
Of the 30 tallest mountain peaks across the
planet, 13 of them are in Pakistan.
The Tharparkar Desert in the south of Pakistan is
the only fertile desert in the world.
A city in Pakistan, called Sialkot, is the world’s
biggest producer of hand-stitched footballs
(soccer balls).
FUN FACTS:
Field hockey is Pakistan’s national sport, and
they’re good at it! They won Olympic gold
medals in 1960, 1968, and 1984, and the Hockey
World Cup in 1971, 1978, 1982, and 1994.
