About the designer
Wycliffe Bible Translators seeks to make
the Bible accessible to all people in the
language they understand best. Today
more than one-fourth of the world’s
languages still have no Scripture.
Ben Rupp is an artist pro昀椀cient in
painting, graphic design, photography,
and bookbinding. He and his wife,
Hannah, enjoy using their artistic talents
to make the world a more beautiful place.
Ben grew up in Florida and works as a
graphic designer in Orlando.

About the author
Melissa Paredes was a Wycliffe
missionary kid, so the opportunity to
tell the story of kids, their languages,
and their need for God’s Word is a
special privilege. She and her husband,
Sam, enjoy working with kids and
helping them learn more about
the world. Melissa grew up in the
Philippines, but now works as a
writer in Orlando, Florida.
